1. Who we are

BetsPlug ("we", "us", "our") is a Dutch service that publishes statistical football forecasts for educational and research purposes. By using our website, mobile-friendly site, or any BetsPlug API you ("you") agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Educational simulation only

BetsPlug is not a bookmaker, broker, or financial adviser. Every probability, confidence score, ROI figure, and "Pick of the Day" we publish is the output of a statistical model for educational and research purposes only. None of it constitutes financial, investment, or betting advice. Past model performance is not indicative of future results.

3. 18+ and responsible play

You must be at least 18 years old to use BetsPlug. Gambling can be addictive — please play responsibly and within applicable laws. See our responsible-play page for support resources.

4. Account and subscription

A Free account is available without payment. Paid plans (Silver, Gold, Platinum) renew automatically each billing cycle through Stripe until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period — no pro-rated refunds for unused days unless required by applicable consumer law.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't scrape, mirror, or republish BetsPlug content without written permission.
• Don't reverse-engineer the engine or attempt to bypass tier gates.
• Don't share paid-tier picks publicly while your subscription is active.
• Don't use our API in a way that imposes unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

6. Intellectual property

All model outputs, prediction histories, accuracy aggregates, and UI components are © BetsPlug. Public free picks may be quoted with attribution. The dataset itself remains our property.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

BetsPlug is provided "as is". We work hard to keep the engine accurate but make no warranty about uptime, prediction correctness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Your decisions are your own.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetsPlug's total liability arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including (but not limited to) gambling losses.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go before the competent courts of the Netherlands, except where overriding consumer-protection law of your country of residence applies.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the dashboard or by email. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.
